Tech Smiths has become an Apple Authorized Service Provider. As an official member of the Apple AASP network and the Hudson Valley’s only Apple Authorized Service Provider, Tech Smiths now provides warranty service for Apple laptop and desktop computers.
According to Brian Macaluso, President of Tech Smiths, “We are very excited to be the Hudson Valley’s only Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP). We can now offer our customers expert warranty service on their Apple products. Additionally, as an AASP, we now have access to all of Apple’s support and diagnostic tools and documentation. So now all our Apple customers, warrantied and non-warrantied, can now enjoy the same great service we offer on all of their Apple repairs.”
As members of the AASP network, Tech Smiths now provides repairs covered under Apple warranty, such as logic board issues, as well as out-of-warranty repairs such as cracked screens, hard disk issues, memory upgrades, and more.
