  • Battery replacement: If your computer can power with the power adapter than we ask that you use it plugged in and wait to have the battery serviced
  • Keyboard and/or Trackpad: If your computer can be used with an external keyboard and/or mouse then we ask that you wait to have your computer serviced.
  • We DO NOT service iPads and other iOS devices.

If you absolutely need your machine serviced, Apple offers Mail in Service.
