Tech Smiths will be taking precautions against the spread of Coronavirus in our community by enacting strict protocols that will impact customers using us for service and support.

This service normally costs 110.00 per incident but we will instead charge our Counter Consultation fee of 69.00 during this period.
CARRY IN REPAIRS:
We will be strictly limiting our repair service starting March 23rd.
The following measures will be in effect :
1.Our entry door will be closed and customers must take a number and wait in the in the waiting area. We will be servicing ONE CUSTOMER AT A TIME, so please be patient.
2. All computers and accessories will be cleaned before handling. All surfaces will be cleaned between each customer.
3. We request that you place your computer on the counter and allow us to clean it.
4. Keep a safe distance when describing your issue.
